it is, right? but there is something magical about carrying a baby inside you. this time with your baby...you'll never get that back. once he or she is born, you have to share. but for now, all of the tiny flutters and kicks in the ribs and jabs to the bladder... those are all yours, mama!

I know that a maternity session may be the last thing on your mind as you get closer to meeting your baby, but let me ask you a question... how many pictures do you have of your mom when she was pregnant with you? I have only seen a handful of pictures of my mom and they were snapshots that aren't that great. I wish I had pictures of my mom when she was pregnant with me! Although photography has changed, the feelings that moms have while pregnant, haven't. But here's the thing... do it for your baby! One day it will do her (or his) soul good to see how loved she was before she was born.
